How to help
Donnations could be made to the Foundation through PayPal, wire transfer or check payment. 100% of your donations made to the Bahir Dar Foundation will go to the Bahir Dar Child Care Center. The foundation is run by volunteers and there is no administrative cost.
Supporting a Child
The cost for 1 child to stay at the Bahir Dar Child Care Center for a year is only US$720, or US$60/month. We would appreciate your donation if you would like to sponsor a child and get more involved in helping a child to grow and succeed in life.
Latest project
The Foundation is looking for ways to find a sustainable funding for the Bahir Dar Child Care Center. In collaboration with local authorities and the Foundtion, the Center is evaluating varies project ideas to implement at the Center's compound. The Foundation will then help the Center in raising funds for the chosen project.
